The Air Jordan 4 Retro GS ‘Thunder’ 2023 edition is designed for older kids and features the popular two-tone colorway that first appeared in 2006. The black nubuck upper is accented with bold yellow details that adorn the molded eyelets, quarter panel, and lower tongue. The quarter panel and tongue are also constructed with black netting, harking back to the AJ4’s original design in 1989. The molded back tab and woven tongue tag display classic Jumpman branding. The sneaker is built on a yellow polyurethane midsole that incorporates exposed Air-sole cushioning and is reinforced by a herringbone-patterned rubber outsole for improved grip.:
